Airtable is like spreadsheets on steroids, and I can’t get enough! I use it to plan social media + blog content, keep up with links, and organize my entire business!
Notion is an incredible organization tool that's blowing my mind! I'm actually considering moving my entire business into Notion because of how powerful it is.
ConvertBox is a fantastic lead-generation tool. I use it to create popups and forms on my website to grow my email list. My favorite part is the lifetime payment plan!
YNAB is the app that has had the greatest impact on my life. I use it for both my personal and business budgets and I have so much less financial stress because of it.
Asana is my favorite project and task management tool. It has an amazing-looking calendar that allows me to create recurring tasks and drag and drop things as my schedule changed.
WP Rocket is a caching plugin for WordPress that keeps my site running lightning-fast!
Google Workspace is the base of my business. I use it for email on my own domain, cloud storage, and everything Google.
Novo is my free business bank account, and I've been using it since 2021 without a single issue. If you have an LLC or are planning to get one, you must have a separate business bank account.
ScreenPal is affordable and handles screen recording, video hosting, and editing all in the same place. No need to pay for three separate tools when this one does it all.
LastPass stores all your passwords securely and allows you to share them (without showing them!) with team members, contractors, and clients.
SiteGround is the best website hosting company with stellar customer support! I’ve been using them since 2017 and couldn’t be happier.
Teachery is my course and membership platform. There's a lifetime option, it's simple to use, and I love the look and feel.
Zapier helps you connect all your systems and automate your processes. It can save you a TON of time and money.
Interact is a fun tool for creating quizzes to bring in new leads for your business!
Tools I Love from AppSumo
If you've never heard of AppSumo, it's a marketplace for discounted software where developers offer steep deals to build their user base. I am obsessed with lifetime deals because paying once and never seeing another renewal invoice is my love language.
The tradeoff is that AppSumo tools are sometimes more limited than the paid versions, but honestly, you probably don't need all the bells and whistles anyway. Check the links to see what's currently available, and if a tool isn't available right now, you can sign up to get notified when it is.
LunaCal has all the features of Calendly at a price that's honestly unbeatable. If you don't need Calendly for specific integrations, LunaCal is the better choice.
TidyCal is a solid scheduling tool that's always available on AppSumo. It's more limited than LunaCal but it definitely gets the job done.
For most people, GA4 is not worth the time it takes. Rybbit is cookie-free, privacy-friendly, and you can actually understand what you're looking at.

Spot On Spreadsheets by Dama Jue is a fantastic course. I went in not expecting much since I'm pretty good with Sheets, but I came out learning all kinds of new tricks! Highly recommend this is you create spreadsheets to sell or for clients.
Unicorn Biz + Life Academy by Leonie Dawson is a business education membership I've renewed every year since 2023. Leonie is always adding more content and I genuinely love her vibe and her approach to business strategy. It's one of those things I didn't know I needed until I was in it.
Email Marketing Membership by Liz Wilcox is $9 a month and delivers a weekly email newsletter template straight to your inbox. I was a member for a couple of years and learned a ton. If you struggle to write consistent emails, this is the shortcut. No AI can replicate what Liz offers.
